You have the right to return any products purchased online within 14 days of the date of receipt.

Please contact us with details of your purchase to arrange this.

We reserve the right to refuse any return request made outwith the 14 day period, at our discretion. The products must be returned at your expense in the condition they were received. Refunds will be processed once the products have been inspected upon their return to check they are received back in the condition they were received by you.

This does not apply to products made to your specification (made to order), as these products are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Please mind, during the item production process, deposit for "Made To Order" product is not refundable in case of cancellation from costumer end, as each table processing step has been confirmed.
